fans of the oc who haven’t watched the first episode, are missing out.
the show is a bit awkward in some parts (yes, i’m including ryan’s cage fights in that), but overall the episode, set 5 months after the events of last season’s finale, is extremely well done. the emotions portrayed by the cast were almost a bit too real in some parts.

hey does anyone have the second ep season 4 watched the first and god its good as good as when it first came out i found the 3 and bits of the second to be the biggest let downs but 4 seems like they have managed to capture the vibe right the oc is not ment to be happy like it was in season 2 n 3 it was just to wierd

Honestly – Episode 1 Season 4 blew me away. I was ready to give up on the show after the very disapointing 3rd season. Whatever they did – it appears as though they finally fixed the bad writing – Thank God.
I was quite dissapointed in it, n found it to be dull! n i am a massive oc fan..i really hope it inproves…n if it does then awsome BUT its never gonna be the same e.g. AS GOOD! as when marissa was in it!

i wasn’t going to watch this season after the travesty of season 3, but i figured it would be better than grey’s anatomy. i’m still not sold, i remember season 3 didn’t start sucking right away.

I was on holiday in Jamicia and got to watch it, it doesn’t start in the UK for agessss! So i’m going to have to wait for the rest of the episodes dammit!
It was an amazing show!
I hope that they keep up the work all through the series and it isn’t just the first one thats amazing.
this episode made me cry. lol.
I really didnt think they could keep the o.c good without marrisa but
the actors really portrayed the emotions of loosing a loved one very real.
the oc just isnt the same without cooper, but still depressingly fantastic.
looking forward for the rest of the season.

the oc season 4 is banging. ive seen every episode 1 2 3 and first episode of 4 and i love it. Ryan is born to fight but why did he have to slam seth back like he did that was harsh. that song is banging as well. season 2 was a good season near the end with trey start of season 1 was good as well hope episode 2 is good.

i am so amazed about episode 1, its awesome. it’s like watching a whole new series. everything is so different, u can definetly feel the grief and tension in the air. the actors make it even better!
